This report provides an overview of the Sleep Network’s activities in 2025 and an outlook on the projects planned for 2026.
Sleep Chatbot – Test now
On behalf of Health Promotion Switzerland, Beobachter Verlag, in collaboration with the Sleep Network, has developed a sleep-themed chatbot that can be tested in the coming months.
All content underpinning the Sleep Chatbot was provided or reviewed by experts from the Sleep Network. The Sleep Chatbot is available to everyone free of charge and without login or registration.
Prof. Dr. Björn Rasch interviewed on Late Night Zürich
Björn Rasch (Chairman of Netzwerk Schlaf) discusses in an interview how stress, rumination, and everyday habits affect our sleep. He explains why good sleep is not purely a matter of willpower, dispels common sleep myths, and uses scientific findings to show which strategies and routines really help to sleep better in the long term.

Are you sleeping soundly? Take the test! – Press release Netzwerk Schlaf
March 14th is the International Day of Sleep. To mark this occasion, Netzwerk Schlaf is offering a free sleep test on its website. With the online test, you can find out how healthy your sleep is. You will receive an evaluation of your sleep quality and helpful tips to improve your sleep.
Sleep Network Update, June 2025
On June 23, an update meeting was held on the current activities of the Swiss Sleep Network. The event was recorded and can be streamed using the “Learn More” button.
