Continuing Education: Introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

The Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) will offer a two-day online continuing education course on the evidence-based treatment of chronic insomnia on November 7 and 8, 2025. The focus is on the practical instruction of the fundamentals and methods of cognitive behavioral therapy, which is recommended as a first-line therapy. The event is recognized by SSPP, SSSSC, and the European CBT-I Academy.

In the SRF daily talk, sleep researcher Albrecht Vorster emphasizes that sleep disorders can not only make you tired, but also sick and unable to concentrate.
