Continuing Education: Introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia
The Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) will offer a two-day online continuing education course on the evidence-based treatment of chronic insomnia on November 7 and 8, 2025. The focus is on the practical instruction of the fundamentals and methods of cognitive behavioral therapy, which is recommended as a first-line therapy. The event is recognized by SSPP, SSSSC, and the European CBT-I Academy.

In 2025, 1001kindernacht® will once again offer an exciting online congress on child sleep, attachment, and development. Five experts share their expertise – covering topics from connections between birth trauma and sleep problems, raising twins, children’s dream worlds, and naturopathic sleep support, to media consumption and attachment.

The online crash course from the Academy of Sleep and Consciousness (ASC) provides compact knowledge on topics such as insomnia, sleep apnea, parasomnias, chronobiology – with 40 pre-recorded lectures and daily live Q&As with international experts.
Symposium on Sleep Health and Mindfulness
On July 7, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, the first Thailand-Switzerland Symposium will take place. The symposium highlights sleep as a crucial factor for health and lifestyle, its importance for longevity, sleep quality, measurement methods, mindfulness as support, insomnia in Switzerland, and the risks of microsleep in road traffic.
Zurich Forum P&G
The next Zurich Forum for Prevention and Health Promotion will take place on June 23 and will focus on the topic of sleep. It will explore the impact of sleep on health and the factors that influence it. Additionally, tips will be provided on how to improve sleep quality, for example, for parents with toddlers or working professionals.
National Conference for Workplace Health Management 2025
The Sleep Network will participate with a stand at this year’s conference. The conference highlights how age-mixed teams can contribute to corporate culture and mental health, especially in times of skilled labor shortages. Practical and scientifically sound strategies will be presented to create an inclusive and healthy work environment.
